Dear Rainier Beach High School Families:

As we expand our digital learning opportunities, we wanted to provide this review and most current information about a variety of learning resources and management platforms available to our students and families:

New: Eligible SPS students can sign up for FREE Internet access. Please follow this link to find out how.

    • Parents and students can check student grades, class assignments, and teacher updates on the Source and Schoology. Please visit the Student Portals page for information about setting up parent Source and Schoology accounts. Students should use the Students tab on top of the district website to access their student accounts.

    • Our library has a wealth of research resources for our students listed on the library webpage. Please e-mail Ms. Sarah (, RBHS librarian, with any questions or to access school-based subscription databases.

    • All RBHS students are enrolled in RBHS Library Resources group on Schoology where they can find even more resources and information to utilize digital learning.

    • We are in partnership with the Seattle Public Library (SPL) to provide our students and teachers unlimited access to SPL’s vast collection of digital resources (including eBooks and audiobooks) through Library Link. Please visit the Library Link page for more information on using Library Link.

    • Students enrolled in our Online Learning (APEX) classes should continue working on their class assignments from home as needed to keep up with due dates and to continue making progress. Please refer to our Credit Recovery page on our website for information about the program and how to contact your child’s teacher. Students, please check your APEX dashboard and/or APEX Schoology page for any updates on your APEX classes or to contact your teacher.
