Graduation is right around the corner! Below please find important information for the rest of the school year.
Important Dates for Seniors
All Dates are Subject to Change*
Running Start students: if you are a full or part time Running Start student, you must complete the items below by the deadline listed. ALL students must take care of fines before they are able to pick up graduation tickets. All district-owned items must be returned before seniors will be cleared to walk at graduation.
If you have any questions about these items, please contact your counselor or see Ms. Brown for senior activities.
May 2026
- IB Testing throughout the month of May until the 15th
- Monday, May 4 – Prom guest forms available (in the main office, fiscal office, or email Ms. Brown for info)
- Monday, May 4 – Prom tickets go on sale @ Fiscal Office (Seniors on the no-walk list must receive prior approval from admin before purchasing a ticket)
*Note – if you are bringing a guest, your guest form must be approved prior to purchasing them a ticket (get your guest form in early). - Tuesday, May 5 – Additional graduation ticket request link sent out. REQUEST ADDITIONAL GRADUATION TICKETS LINK (anyone who needs their own individual seat must have a ticket, including children).
- Saturday, May 9 – Senior Saturday School – MANDATORY for seniors on no-walk list
- Monday, May 11 – Senior Class meeting during 6th period in the Gym
- Wednesdays, May 13 and May 27– Cap and Gown distribution in the Commons during lunches. If you received a scholarship, make sure you bring your $20. (seniors on the no-walk list can’t pick this up until they are removed from the list)
- Friday, May 15 – Last day to request additional graduation tickets.
- Saturday, May 16 – Senior Saturday School – MANDATORY for seniors on the no-walk list.
- Thursday, May 21 – Multicultural Dinner and Showcase, 5-8pm in the Commons
- Friday, May 22 – Additional graduation ticket responses sent out
- Friday, May 22 – Diploma/program name check due – please check your school email from Ms. Mallory (registrar) for directions or check Senior Schoology page
- Monday, May 25 – No School – Memorial Day
- Tuesday, May 26 – Senior Signing Day Assembly
- Wednesday, May 27 – Last day to purchase prom tickets
- Thursday, May 28 – 60 total Service Learning hour forms due to counselors
- Thursday, May 28 – PE Waivers due
- Thursday, May 28 – High School & Beyond Plan (HSBP) tasks must be completed in Naviance
- Friday, May 29 – All library books and textbooks from previous years must be returned or cleared
- Friday, May 29 – All RBHS sports equipment and uniforms must be returned
- Friday, May 29 – All Online and credit retrieval classes (APEX) must be completed
- Friday, May 29 – Prom, 8pm-11pm @ the 101 First and Bell. Make sure your guests have their ID or no entry will be permitted.
June 2026
- Monday, June 1 – All fines paid (from K through 12) to Fiscal Office
- Monday, June 1 – Last day to submit any late work for 2nd semester
- (Tue – Thurs) June 2-4 – Senior Finals
- Friday, June 5 – Viking Day and Moving Up Assembly and Yearbook Distribution
- Saturday, June 6-7 (TENTATIVE) – Senior Lock-In @ RBHS (8pm-6am)
- Monday, June 8 – Senior Finals make-ups
- Tuesday, June 9 – Senior Checkout begins. Laptops must be turned in to Ms. Moges in the Library
- Tuesday, June 9-15 – Graduation tickets distributed @ school store during lunches
- Wednesday, June 10 – Senior Breakfast and Awards in Aux Gym, Cords and Medals distributed
- Wednesday, June 10 – Seniors’ last day on campus and Final Day to clean out lockers
- Thursday, June 11 – MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal 9am – 11am in the Main Gym
- Thursday, June 11 – Senior Sunset (location and time TBD)
- Monday, June 15 – Graduation, 8:00 p.m @ McCaw Hall – All Seniors must arrive by 6:45pm in order to participate in the ceremony.
- Late June-early July — Official Diplomas available for pick-up in the main office. Final transcripts sent to school(s) seniors identified in Naviance
- Mid June – All access to SPS OneDrive is shut off for graduated seniors
July 2026
- Early July — Final transcripts sent based on school(s) seniors identified in Naviance
